An informal gathering at my home, for women who are interested in meeting me in person, and finding out more about the courses I run and the one to one work I do.
At this particular session I will lead you through a short beginners mindfulness eating practice, and how to get in touch with the part of yourself who sabotages you in to overeating or binging.
I will also answer any questions you may have around the topic of compulsive overeating.
Tea and healthy snacks will be provided.
